Data Deletion

Last updated: 17 June 2026

GTM Engine is operated by FutureProof Sales Ltd ("GTM Engine", "we", "us"). This page explains how to delete your data, including any data we obtained from accounts you connected to GTM Engine (Microsoft Outlook, Google, LinkedIn, X, and Facebook/Meta). It also serves as our data deletion instructions for the Facebook Login platform.

1. Disconnect a connected account

You can disconnect any connected account at any time from within GTM Engine. Disconnecting immediately revokes our access going forward and removes the stored access tokens for that account. You can also revoke our access directly from the provider's own settings, for example:

  • Facebook (Meta): Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites), find GTM Engine, and remove it.
  • LinkedIn / X / Microsoft / Google: the connected apps or permissions section of your account settings on that platform.

2. Request deletion of data we hold

To request that we delete the personal data we hold about you, including any data obtained from a connected account, email hello@gtmengine.app from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line "Data deletion request". Tell us which data you want deleted (a specific connected account, or your whole account).

We will verify the request and delete the relevant personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain records to meet legal, accounting, or tax obligations. We will confirm by email once completed.

3. Delete your whole account

Deleting your GTM Engine account removes your account data and the content associated with it, and revokes any connected-account access. If you cannot access the app, email us at the address above and we will action it for you.

4. What we delete

On a deletion request we remove the personal data we hold about you, including stored access tokens, content you created, and connected-account data we cached to provide features you enabled (such as drafted posts, inbox or calendar summaries, and Page publishing tokens). Aggregated or anonymised data that no longer identifies you may be retained.

5. More information

For full detail on what we collect and how we use it, see our Privacy Policy. Any questions, email hello@gtmengine.app.
